Gratitude:
*Thank you for all your time during conferences, I enjoyed talking and getting to know each of you better. and discussing how to empower your students to reach their full potential. Reminders: *Yosemite coming up in two weeks, check over the gear list and a reminder from Yosemite that if the students are sick the morning of the trip to please not send them. *The students need a notebook or journal for the Yosemite field trip. Just a spiral notebook, not large they will be carrying it in their packs on the hikes. **If your child takes TART…Please talk with your child about their behavior while waiting and while riding the bus, this is a privilege that we would not want to lose!! They are unsupervised, so they need to be able to handle that and be respectful and responsible. Some students have been acting quite wild and we are trying to discipline specific students too. *We are using our iPads for math and ELA lessons, if the students do not have a cover they will have to access these subjects online. (I will not be printing out the math lessons, the iPads will be like a text book.) *Ipads need to come back to school charged and ready each day Important dates: *Thurs. 10/29, Halloween parade, costumes but no masks or weapons *Tues. 11/10 leave for Yosemite around 10:30, return Friday around 6:00 *11/19 - Creekside Feast *11/23 - 11/27 - No School Inspirational quote: “Courage does not always roar. Sometimes it is a quiet voice at the end of the day, saying… I will try again tomorrow.” --Unknown
